On the initiative of the leadership of the National Museum of Tajikistan on 2 August 2017 at 10:00 in the exhibition hall of the Department of modern and contemporary history of the National Museum of Tajikistan took place the opening ceremony of the exhibition dedicated to the 110th anniversary of People's Artist of Tajikistan Abdulkhayr Kosimov.
The exhibition presents more than 60 materials related to the activities of the People's Artist of Tajikistan Abdulkhayr Kosimov. There are also 30 photos of the episodes from the plays, where he plays roles: the role of Kholnazar in the play "Dil-dili Zainab", Hoshim Labbay in the play "Wedding", Sultonbek from the play "Arshin Mololon", Azimshokh in the play "Dokhunda". In the movie: Tea-maker Niyaz in the film "I met a girl", Yusuf in the film "Operation Cobra", Serpent Zahhok in the film "Blacksmith Kova", etc.
Abdulkhayr Kosimov also played roles in the films of other republics: Ahmadboy in the film "Fiery Roads" Uzbekfilm, Bobo Hasan in the film "Lifestyle" Mosfilm, etc. Abdulkhayr Kosimov played roles in 55 feature films, 100 spectacles of professional theaters of the republic.
At the exhibition, the audience are presented with 25 personal documents of Abdulkhayr Kosimov, as an Honorary Certificate, certificates, congratulations, invitations and telegrams.
Also on display are Abdluhayr Kosymov's portrait on the carpet, a portrait, a teapot and a bowl with which he played a role in the film "I met a girl".
